Mandate Governance

Manage or Cancel Your Recurring Contribution Mandate

We deeply appreciate your recurring support for animal welfare. In full compliance with RBI e-mandate guidelines and NPCI UPI AutoPay standards, you have total control over your mandate and can pause or cancel it at any time.

Preferred Method

Direct Self-Serve Revocation (Instant)

You can revoke or pause your mandate immediately directly inside your UPI App or Bank Portal without waiting for support processing:

Google Pay (UPI AutoPay)

  1. Open Google Pay & tap your Profile Picture (top right).
  2. Select Autopay or Mandates.
  3. Select Avyarth Care for Animals / Razorpay.
  4. Tap Pause Autopay or Cancel Autopay.

PhonePe (UPI AutoPay)

  1. Open PhonePe & tap your Profile Icon (top left).
  2. Scroll down to Payment Management & select AutoPay.
  3. Select the active mandate for Avyarth Care for Animals.
  4. Tap Remove AutoPay or Pause.

Paytm (UPI AutoPay)

  1. Open Paytm & go to Profile / Settings.
  2. Select UPI & Payment Settings → Automatic Payments.
  3. Locate Avyarth / Razorpay Mandate.
  4. Tap Cancel Automatic Payment.

Debit / Credit Card & Netbanking

  1. Log into your card issuer's mobile banking app or Netbanking portal.
  2. Navigate to Cards → Standing Instructions / E-Mandates.
  3. Select the active recurring mandate for Avyarth Care for Animals.
  4. Click Cancel / Revoke Standing Instruction.

Support Assistance

Email Support Cancellation Request

If you require assistance cancelling your recurring contribution, our support team is happy to help you cancel it on our end via Razorpay.

Advance Processing Notice
Email cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 to 5 business days prior to your next scheduled auto-debit date to allow manual verification and gateway cancellation before bank batch processing runs.

Please send an email to contact@avyarth.org with the following details:

  • Razorpay Subscription ID or Order ID (found in your SMS/Email payment receipt)
  • Registered Email Address or Phone Number used during donation setup
  • Donor Name & Contribution Amount

Inadvertent Auto-Debit Refund Guarantee

If an email cancellation request was sent to us at least 3 business days prior to your billing date, but an auto-debit occurred due to payment gateway batch processing delays, Avyarth Care for Animals will issue a full refund to your original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Avyarth Care for Animals is a registered non-profit organisation; however, contributions are NOT registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. All contributions are voluntary charitable donations.
